Silver & White Dragons-2013

Silver & White Dragons~
White Dragons-
White Dragons are among the wisest dragons there are. Perhaps because they are associated with the light and righteousness. Though White Dragons are considered wise, most stories tell them as evil as well, because they never tell the truth. It is also the meaning or Symbol of - morning for the Eastern White Dragons & said to be an omen of death. But the Chinese did not deem the White Dragon evil, they were symbols of the South.
White Dragons - Ice Dragons - Glacial Dragons are physically the smallest of the dragons even the Black Dragons- They appear in shades from white to grey & Ice blue. And in Arctic environments. This appearance serves as a good camouflage. White Dragons are physically distinguished by several features. Their heads and necks seem to bend seamlessly into one another and their wings appear somewhat frayed along the edges. They have flap of skin, called dewlap, lined with spines beneath their chins. Their heads are very streamlined and have a high crest on top of their skulls. They have a crisp, vaguely chemical odor to them-
White Dragons toes are spaced more widely than other dragons - with barbed claws to aid movement on the ice. Their very thin eyelids prevent snow blindness when observing the arctic landscapes-
They have an icy breath that can freeze an unprepared foe solid in a instant. They also have exceptional memories & will often hunt down beings who have cross them no matter how long it  may take- They are not cruel as the black dragons and are not as ferocious as the Red dragons but they are still one not to make angry.

 Silver Dragons-
Silver Dragons are thought to be very reflective and thoughtful. They are also the second most powerful of the metallic dragons. They are true friends to all- The Silver Dragons enjoy the company of humans & elves so much that they often take the form of a human or elf, and live among them for the majority of their lives.
It should be noted that Silvers -like all dragons believe themselves to be the most superior creatures in the world. However apart from the ability to fly, which they enjoy greatly, they tend to prefer the physical forms of humans or Elves  for everyday life. Aft first glance the Silver dragon appeals very much like the White dragon. Their wings curved rather than the White dragons. Also they have two Talons on their wings rather than the single Talon of most dragons. The Silver dragons also have a beautiful Frill that begins at the top of its head and flows all the way down its neck & body to the tip of its tail. The frill is Silver toward the body, then fading to a purple hue at the edge. They have two long smooth silver horns with black tips pointing up, back from their heads. And they have a pronounced sharp frill under their chin which has the rough appearance of a goatee. Kinda weird Ah... Get this the Silver Dragon smells like rain. Go figure!
They are very intelligent - more so than humans - extremely powerful - Breathtaking to look At - And is one of my favorite dragons.
The Silver Dragon is regal and statuesque. An unusual trait they offer is the love of human dining. And it's not what you might think. It's not the usual dragon dining on or eating humans. Remember they love to be in the form of a human for the majority of their lives! So This unusual dining that the Silver Dragon offers to his beloved humans or my guess to the elves too. The Dragon will alternate his form to part take in these human dining feasts. I'm sure being the eloquent dragon that he is; he probably picks Royalty Kin party's. And he probably even host some of these parties being that he lives a majority part of his live as a human or elf. He probably has a castle of his own.
As to his dragon powers - The Silver Dragon is an amazing dragon, besides his love to be a human form.
I have found that so far he is the only dragon that has two different breath weapons-

They have the same extreme cold breath weapon as the White Dragon+And paralyzing gas breath weapon.
So for a dragon that loves manlike or elven kin, one has to wonder with his most dangerous two breath weapons. And his love to be around them so much. Makes you kinda wonder. Yet still the Silver dragon is still my favorite dragon.

I will be going over other types of dragons in my blog. As I find more that are interesting.
