first post of 2015 I thought I would give you a old post that
is really quite special but just needed a little love and care 
Dragon Poems that I have found over the years of different authors

Dragons-
A dragon is a special thing, unique to its creator,
Some look like a serpent or a toothy alligator.
Some have tails and wings and horns. While others have note at all.
Some are absolutely huge, while others very small.
I think that each displays a certain persons point  of view,
And what each mean is some that's completely up to you.

Fire dragon 

I wish I had a dragon 

I wish I had a dragon
wish diamond - studded scales,
with claws like silver sabers,
and fangs like silver nails.
A dragon fierce and faithful,
always ready by my side.
A dragon to defend me
or take me for a ride.

I wish I had a dragon
with eyes of shining gold,
who breathed a plume of fire,
whenever it was told.
A dragon so ferocious
It might frightened Frankenstein
But not lazy dragon
who sleeps all day ... like mine!

I'm an Amiable Dragon
I'm an amiable dragon
and I have no wish to scare,
Do not tremble at my presence,
Do ignore my lethal stare,
Do not fret about the fire.
I unleash it into the air.
You are free to pass unchallenged
But only if you dare!!!

Nasty Little Dragonsong:
I'm a nasty 'nasty' dragon,
I've been nasty since by birth
when it comes to nasty dragons,
I'm the nastiest on the Earth.
I've got a nasty nasty nasty temper,
And my breath is the nasty too!
I was nasty to my parents.
I'll be nastier to you!
It's in my nature to be nasty
Nasty nasty night and day.
I will act completely nasty,
If your in my nasty way.
Yet I largely pass unnoticed ,
As I nastily gobs
I'm a nasty nasty nasty dragon,
Just a nasty half inch high.

Death Dragon 5th-grader

Death

Sits on the Mountain top

waiting, watching 

For an animal to become its prey.

Death 

Brings  horror and hatred 

Killing any in its way

Death

He will swoop you with his tail

It will hit you like a nail

If he strikes you with a spike 

It will make you take a hike

Death.

My Magical Dragon - 5th grader

My dragon,

Flies through the sky on a starry night 

My dragon,

Flaps his wings and the red, pink, yellow colors 

Glisten in the sun 

My dragon,

Has a purple body of light

purple spots

My dragon,

Has a curved  tail 

with exotic shinning spots 

My dragon,

Has an eccentric name, 

Alfred Aloysius

and I call him"Al"

My dragon

Glances at the world 

with his magical, glistening eye

My dragon

Flies all over you at night

Tickling you with his glorious tall,

Making you delighted that he has 

visited your dreams

and taking you on a magical journey.
