Yuki Onna - The Water Begger

Good Afternoon my dearest Friends & Followers and welcome to the last of my post's
of the Yuki Onna of Japan. I will of course do other legends of Japan but I think I will move on from
the legend of the Yuki Onna. The last of the legend Is the Yuki Onna - The Water Begger.
My you all my dears that there may and probably are more of the legend of the Yuki Onna,
its just these are the ones that I could find. The image Is that of the old style of Japan. I will try to find others if I can. The Water Beggar - Yuki onna Travels on the wind, and will appear on days with a light snowfall. She walks through the small towns swinging a white Gohei wand shouting 'Please give me Water - Hot or Cold!' to anyone she meets. If you give the Yuki Onna  Cold water, she will swell-up is size. If you give her hot water, she melts and disappears all together. So the moral to this legend is, if you ever incounter the Yuki Onna - The Water Begger, it is always best to find Hot water to give her so that she will melt and disappear. This way no-one will be harmed. If she is given Cold water well, you never know how much she will swell-up in size. It could be just a little or huge and then the entire town could be in harms way.

YUKI ONNA THE MOON PRINCESS

Yuki Onna - The Moon Princess-

Hello, once again my dears I am on a roll today I hope you find my post interesting
for this post I am going to talk about the Yuki Onna-the Moon Princess. In this tale of the
legends of the Yuki Onna, the Moon Princess was once a princess of the lunar World, and lived
on or in the Moon. Her life was full of luxury and indulgence - however to her it was
extremely boring. The Moon Princess became fascinated just looking at the world below her,
wondering what it was like. What kinda people lived there and mostly what it looked like too.
So one dark night she decided to have a look so she snuck out of her beautiful castle and then she
fell down to Earth, traveling on the snow. However, coming down was much easier than going back
up to her beloved home in the moon. The Yuki Onna tried so hard to get home and know one could
hear her cry's for help because she was so far away from the moon now. The Moon Princess became stuck on Earth. But on very snowy nights the full moon would appear pining for her old home.
I found this one to be a lovely tale I hope you enjoy it too.

YUKI ONNA THE SNOW VAMPIRE

Yuki Onna- The Snow Vampire-

Good Afternoon my dearest friends & followers I have a much lighter post for you all
This is my on going legends of the Yuki Onna of Japan. For today I am going to
explore the Yuki Onna - the Snow Vampire- I hope you enjoy the post-Wendy.
The Yuki Onna -Snow Vampire Is from Aomori,

Nigata & Miyagi. This Yuki Onna may look nice at first but don't be deceived by her looks. She is the most terrifying of all the Yuki-Yokai, This is why my dears. I show you a nice drawing first but I will show her true form too! The Snow Vampire - Yuki Onna haunts the snowy forests looking to feed. Yes, just like any over Vampire, however she is a little different. She lives by sucking-seiki-精気, the vital energy of the human body. She extracts the seiki by first freezing her victims to death, then sucking their souls out through their mouths. This type of the Yuki Onna is particularly nasty in Nigata, where it is said  these monsters prefer the soul-seiki of young children. So it is very wise if you happen to live or visit Japan it the areas of heavy winters, beware of the legend of the Yuki Onna the Snow Vampire. The legends of Japan my self I very much listen to being that my husband is full 3th generation Japanese. The Jinshinuwo of Japan

The Jinshinuwo of Japan-

Good afternoon my dears and welcome to my humble blog. Today my dearest
Friends and Followers I have a interesting legend from Japan. The Jinshinuwo the
name of an ancient eel-fish of enormous size. It is in many of Japan's legends & traditions
of Japan too! Many of the older folk have said, that it's so vast that it lies in the middle of the
ocean and it supports the entire islands of the country of Japan on its back. It has
a massive head and is located beneath the city of Kyoto, while its tail is located seven hundred
miles north under the city of Awomori. In order to prevent Japan from failing off the Jinshinuwo back, there is a rivet that goes through a stone in the temple gardens of Kashima that secures the
entire country of Japan, to the beast Jinshinuwo. However, when this great beast of the ocean rolls
or lashes its enormous tail - this is the reason Japan has so many earthquakes and tsunami's.
Gigantic Eels have been around in Japanese folklore & legends for hundreds of years. Even now there are various of locations in Japan that have had reports of huge eels far larger than any known species in their country or any other no today. Workers doing construction on a floodgate on the Edo River, which people have reported seen coming across at a enormous  size. This eels were said to measure up to 2 meters [6.6 feet] long. According to the account, four of the eels were spotted and some of the workers even attempted to capture one, as the eels appeared to be rather lethargic and slow moving in the Edo River. Upon returning to the scene later, they with tools they felt they needed to catch the eel it was discovered that the mysterious giant eels were nowhere to be seen.
It would seem that it happened again from a different lake called Biwa, which is in Shiga Prefecture. This lake is the largest freshwater lake in Japan. In the 1980's there were several reports of giant eels inhabiting the lake.

There was one such sighting that was made by a large group of people aboard one of the lakes in the many pleasure boat cruses that they have on the lakes. The very startled ferry passengers reported seeing several very large eels swimming at the surface far from the shore. They also described the eels-what they looked like for the authorizes - These eels were described as being much larger about 3 meters [10 feet] long, a silvery blue color. They appeared to be leisurely gliding along beside the boat and were observed for around 15min. before moving off out of sight.

Lastly a fisherman on that same lake reported actually hooking and reeling in an eel that was reported to be around 8 feet+ in length. In this case the eel was kept and then eaten. Another fisherman on the same lake reported seeing a similarly sized eel rooting through the mud in shallow water near the shore.

ETHIOPIAN DRAGONS-

Ethiopian Dragons-

Today I have a post for you all 'Love for the Dragon'. It gets harder now to find the many different kinda dragons now because I have done so many of them over the course of the 3years that I have had this blog. I hope you all find this Dragon just as grand as the others as 'My Love for the Dragon'.
The Land of -Aithiopia-Ethiopia was a place where the Gods bathe, celebrated by Homer under the name of Oceanus, which is an excellent and desirable neighbor of that land....It is said, the mother of the very largest of the Drakones-Dragons,Serpents-they attain to a length of one hundred and eighty feet, and they are not called by the name of any species, but
the people at the time say that they would kill their elephants, and these Drakones rival the longest-lived animals. Thus far this is some of the accounts of the Ethiopia Dragon from Aithiopia-Ethiopia.
The Ethiopian Dragon was both feared by man/humans and big game. They were described as being extremely enormous in size. Some have said they can get up to 20 cubits in length which is approximately 35+ feet long. They can have either one or two pairs of wings. Ethiopian Dragon were Medieval European legends according to ancient tales. They were also very efficient at their predatory hunting skills. These Beasts who main prey was elephants, were  abundant at the time.

However, as these Dragons life on the Ethiopian coastline and the Elephants would only come around the area of the coast during the time of drought years-according to drought year records.
But when the coastal supply of elephants food was exhausted the dragons would search further afield for nourishment for yes their favorite food. Four of five of these Ethiopian dragons would search further afield for the nourishment of what elephants they could find. They would twist themselves together like a rope before setting off to Arabia. Another way these Ethiopian dragons would search for food when the elephants ran out is... Quite amazing really these vast creatures would entwined themselves together to form a living raft and set across the sea, to the Arabian shore opposite of where they were. These dragons felt they had a better chance of food across the sea to the Arabian shore for food. However, what these creatures didn't know that at that state they were in

before they were able to get to the elephant, whey were easy to be killed to get what is called

The Dracontias Stone...This Stone is actually in the brain of a living Ethiopian Dragon. They say that it is very magick stone and could make you home prosperous and bring health to all. However, it is very dangerous to get the stone as you must do this great prize as many folks in the day while the dragon is still alive. They say it was a huge prize for an alchemist and much sought for. But the only way the stone can be effective and hold its magical effects if it is taken while the beast is still alive. So they had many different methods at the time. The main one was to drug the beast with a specially prepared herbs that they would put in the grass to fool the dragon into eating. I don't know how many times it worked because they had to find a Ethiopian dragon first, then if they were successful in that and preparing the special herbs to put in the grass without the dragon seeing them, they might have a chance if the dragon eats the area of grass where they put the herb. Now, if they got this far, they should have a dead dragon and have the prize to cut out of his head -

Magick Creatures-2016

Magick Creatures
There are Magical Creatures of the oceans, forests, deep woods, high/low mountains, deepest caves, skies,

volcanoes, underworld and unknown worlds who have choose to be either seen or NOT!
This is my topic of discussion for this post today.
If you think about it, there are all kinds of creatures in this world.Its just that you might be thinking about the typical ones - like tigers, elephants & monkeys etc. In this Post I am going to cover the not so typical creatures of the world. Ones you would not typically think of, like a elephant. I will be taking you to that place where you may think these creatures do or don't exist. Its really up to you. On how much you are willing to believe in the Unknown! If you think about it, these Magical creatures could be right in front of you all the time its just they choose not to be seen! And they choose who will get to see them. Us humans. These could be either the good Fae or very evil Fae.

 Basilisk

There are quite a few of these Magick Creatures that can blend into our nature and they can also take a form of nature too. So that is one reason you could be staring right at one of them without even seeing them. But they certainly seen YOU!
Some of these Magical Creatures are very small and are helpful to humans without you even knowing it!

Others are Enormous and would like nothing better than to eat you whole!
These Creatures generally are found in a different realm or unknown worlds.
There are other types of Magick creatures that like to use their magic to trick humans when they enter our world. By getting you to trust them - After they have accomplished this they probably would change their form  by shape-shifting in which a lot of the magic creatures are able to do.
Then of course there are the ones that are so fearsome that they stick-out like that of the Basilisk.
Curious thing is that all these creatures our not just in our imaginations. I'm sure that some are, but if you

And is it just in the ancient Mythology of Greece, Egyptian and other countries? Or is it Now! Well I believe that it is now and it has always been that way.
