A Dragons disappearing Tail

A Dragons
Disappearing Tail-

Far above a small village, high up in the mountains there was a

Cave. The cave was deep inside the high mountains in a dark lair of a dragon that known one knew lay asleep. There was a magic wand that lay upon a hard rock for many thousands of years. The owner of the wand was the last known man to ever enter the lair with the dragon as a friend. For century’s the wand land where it was left deep inside the cave. In the village it has been legend that a dragon lay asleep for century’s inside the cave. Some say at the light of the moon; the dragon comes towards the town creeping from the mountain top. He would bring mass destruction and endless death to the village. It was said that a yellow green in the dragon’s eyes meant he would scorch everything in sight with his fiery breath.

Well, as with many legends, there is some truth, fact & lies too! In this case, the Dragon on the high mountain top was indeed a dragon however, he wasn’t a fierce one. First he lacked the scorching breath.  This dragon could do many things, however when it came to fire all he could do at best was to blow smoke rings through his nose.

His eyes were not mean at all! Not at all yellow green fierce but green & somewhat kind and sad too! This all resulted from his loneliness & sleep of century’s in the cave. The dragon yawned as a mighty dragon would yawn, then slowly he rolled onto the hard floor. He flicked his tail & stretched his limbs, his body that were quite a bit sore being in the same position for so many thousands of years. To sleep a Thousand yeas whilst in the darkness and damp cave, it can leave your joints sore even a dragon. It can even leave you feeling groggy and crampy too.  The dragon made his way towards the daylight, rubbing his head. It was early morning outside and the sunlight was giving him a migraine. He kinda wished he’d stay in bed. However, it did feel good to get his legs moving again. As he reached the entrance of the cave, he saw a silken gown that was wrapped around some bones that lay upon the stony ground. A little farther over he saw a funny looking stick. It seemed to sparkle inside and out. The dragon rubbed his eyes to realize what he saw was truly captivating and he pondered on the next thing he should do. He slowly moved toward the sparkle stick as he called it. As he did the stick began to rise, it turned and pointed at him looking straight at the dragon between the eyes. Aware of what was happening, he then pulled away his stare. His nose began to twitch. A bolt of lightning flashed toward him, so he leaped across the floor, he turned to face a burning smell, from what he wasn’t sure. You see this wasn’t the brightest dragon. He then saw a sight that caused a fright, to him so very much. Being that he was an easily frightened dragon he started running around in a circle. And he found that his rear was smoking badly, and then his beautiful tail had completely disappeared. Then his big green eyes grew bigger & bigger as the truth began to come to him.

The poor old dragon discovered that he was left with only half of his body & a weird kinda funny smell surrounded him as well.  As the old dragon realized what had happened to him; he began to scream if dragons scream of course? It was a scream unheard of ever before. It was part pain but mostly fright. It could be heard all the way to the village and many villages beyond that. His howling is so enormous with sound and strength that it ripped the leaves of every tree in sight outside the cave. Then the cave in which his lair was started to shudder and the rocks inside began to fall inside. The much more sadden dragon whimpered to face what he had done to his home in the darken cave. As he looked back at his lair in the daylight more than half his roof had fallen or caved in to the floor. It was the magick that had done all the damage. However, it was the wizard that had died who had put a protected spell on the wand to protect the entrance to the cave to protect the dragon not knowing he would have come out. Sadly, it didn’t protect the dragon it harmed the wizard s dragon friend. By now, the magick wand had been crushed and buried by the rocks and half the cave that came done upon it. The entrance to the cave/lair was no more. The rocks and mountain had enclosed the dragon in a tomb that was his own lair. Across the small town that was down in the valley and other villages too, had heard the howling. But no one really knew quite what it was or where it was coming from.

It could be the fact that it didn’t sound much like a dragon, for dragons only Roar! And they do this very loudly in fact!  Sadly, for this dragon his sound was much more like that of a wail, which lacked the punch of terror that a dragon has. So no one took to look and investigate this as being a threat to the village. Then there the thought that no one has ever heard what a dragon would sound like when they lose their half their body and tail. It would be quite different of a sound then the usual Roar! For many years, that turned into centuries the dragon of the mountain top with the odd sound became a mystery even to this day!

Many stories were passed down through the centuries while other couldn’t say.

As to what the villagers heard that faithful day centuries ago? Well, the legend of the dragon is still very much alive today! He has many names too!

Some call him the monster from hell, a devil with no name and a very few a sad dragon. He is said too returned to the very back part of his lair, the part that wasn’t harmed. It had a small opening in which he found deep in the mountains. When he went into the area, it was just large enough for him to sleep and stretch his limbs, that were left as the cave closed in on him. He lays asleep, with his pride and fears kept in the depts. of the cave for centuries. However, when he wakes he hopes to find his body not in pain and renewed to his former glory. Mostly that his beautiful tail is grown back again/no magick waiting for him again.

Thing that the Dragon forgets is… He is the Magick!!!

And he will dream about this until the day he awakes. For this Dragon has forgotten his own Magick & it will take a long long sleep until he remembers…

PURPLE RAIN

Hello, my dearest friends, followers, supporters and readers, today I thought I would write a post

I was in shock when I heard the news on Thursday  21, 2016, It seems like we are loosing so many great singer, songwriters of this century. As least I know that  in heaven, they are have a huge band of everyone with the most amazing music of all the souls of this brilliant musicians that are now all in heaven making beautiful music. One day we will all be there to listen to that music. Anyway I love his music and I have for many years. So I wanted to honor his life and his love for music & for songwriting and instrumentalist too.
Prince Rogers Nelson was an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer and actor. Prince was renowned as an innovator and was widely known for his eclectic work and flamboyant stage presence and wide vocal rage which was amazing. He was widely regarded as the pioneer of Minneapolis sound. His music integrates a wide variety of styles, including funk, rock, R&B, soul, hip hop,
disco, psychedelia, jazz and pop.

Prince was amazing at playing the guitar. He could play it just like Carlos Santana
or Jimi Hendrix, sing like James Brown, turn out pop melodies worthy of Motown and sing the
deepest grooves like know one ever could then switching his vocals from a nasally scream to a
falsetto, or turning out albums after album of stunning innovative material Prince's dazzlingly talented and charismatic singer, songwriter, arranger and instrumentalist who sadly died on Thursday April 21, 2016 at his home drew upon the history of modern popular music and created a gender and genre defying blend of rock, funk and soul. Some of just a few of the millions of hits including '1999' - 'Purple Rain'- and Little Red Corvette'. Just these three hits, Prince records sold more than 100 million copies and earned him Grammys and a Academy Award for music. Prince who was a Minneapolis native stood just 5 feet, 2 inches, yet even with his some height he was very large inside and out. He made a powerful & visual impact on everyone that he meet and everyone that saw him one the screen meaning T.V and many Concerts and movies like that of Purple Rain.( Which is one of my favorite all time movies) I loved the 80's mostly because that was the time of my 20's and MTV ear the good time when it was just Video's of music and that was it. I remember watching it when I would visit my parents with my brother. My brother and I loved the show. When they change it and took all the

video's away and started putting other stuff on It wasn't the same and I really don't watch it anymore but in the day it was Awesome!!! That was the dawn of the age when Prince made his powerful impact on MTV in the 80s Along with Michael Jackson too. Prince was a wonderful different with his openly erotic lyrics that made him one of the most sexually darning artist of the era. I don't thing there will every be one ever one like him again. I will miss him very much. Later with other albums that he rewrote the rulebook in music by forging a synthesis of black funk and white rock that served as a blueprint for the cutting edge in his music in the 80s dedicated him into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame -"Albums 'Sign O' the Times,' Graffiti Bridge' & The Black Album.''
Prince made the dance music that rocked the 80's that had a bristling, funky backbone to it. From the very beginning Prince and his music were androgynous, sly, sexy and provocative. But well all love it! He will be miss so very much. His publicist Yvette Noel-Schure did confirm for the public that the legendary icon performer had died at his home in the morning of the 21 at his home at Paisley Park.

No details about the caused of his death has been released . Prince did postponed a concert in Atlanta on April 7, saying that he had fallen ill with the flu. and he had apologized to his fans during a makeup concert last week. I am not going to talk about the autopsy I figure you all could find that on your own. Me I want to celebrate his life not his death.
So many folks love Prince from the very famous to just simple folks like us doing blogs like us... Mick Jagger was among the numerous musicians, actors and other public figures praising the artist, tweeting  him too. Prince's talent was limitless/timeless. He was one of the most unique and talented artists of the last 30years." Even Madonna had called him saying he is a true visionary. While Oprah Winfrey tweeted: 'Prince the doves really are crying now. Listening to your music. Remembering you" Then there was even President Barack Obama - for whom Prince was a White House guest last year-released a statement saying he and his wife 'joined millions of fans from around the world' mourning  Prince sudden death.
'Few artists have influenced the sound and trajectory of popular music more distinctly, or touched quite so many people with their talent," said Obama. "A strong spirit transcends rules,' Prince once said - and nobody spirit was stronger, bolder or creative than his!'
PURPLE RAIN
He was Born as Prince Rogers Nelson, Yet in the late 1970s he was breaking hits already 'Why you
Wanna Treat Me So Bad?' & 'I Wanna Be Your Lover,' and soared over the following decade with such albums as '1999' and the so poplar 'Purple Rain'. The Title song from '1999' his funky and flippant anthem about an oncoming nuclear holocaust, includes one of the most quoted refrains of popular culture. 'Tonight I'm gonna part like it's 1999.' He later won seven Grammys and received an Academy Award in 1985 for his music from the movie "Purple Rain'-(note I tried to find the movie for you all but I couldn't get it on YouTube in its full without having to pay for it.)
Then in 2004 Prince was inducted into the Rock and Roll of Fame, which hailed him as a Musical and social Trailblazer.
He also made his acting debut in 'Purple Rain' by playing a sexy androgynous young musician on the cusp of fame. The film amplified Prince's popularity and was a box-office success with $68million in ticket sales. Besides winning the Oscar for the Original Song Score, the song 'Purple Rain' Soundtrack won Grammys fro its writing and performance too. The film received mixed reviews, But Roger Ebert called it 'ONE OF THE BEST COMBINATIONS I'VE SEEN OF MUSIC AND DRAMA'.
Over the years in his career he started to become fiercely protective of his independence, battling his record company over the control of his material lyrics and even his name. Anxious to get out of his contract with Warner Bros. He identified himself by a key-like symbol with an unpronounceable name.. Brilliant in my opinion The Journalists and news people called him 'TAFKAP' OR 'THE ARTIST FORMERLY KNOWN AS PRINCE' Prince also once wrote 'SLAVE ON HIS FACE IN PROTEST OF NOT OWNING HIS OWN MUSIC AND FAMOUSLY FOUGHT AND THEN DEPARTED WARNER, BEFORE RETURNING A FEW YEARS AGO.
So you all are probably wondering what happened? or how are things now just before he died. He told the Associated Press in 2014, that he is in the position that he's always wanted to be in.
So now I thought I would give you a little of Prince pass up bringing. Music was always in his blood. Prince father played in a Jazz band in Minneapolis, under the name 'Prince Rogers,' and his mother was the singer. The precocious young Prince taught himself to play the piano at the tender age of only 7, the guitar at 13 and the drums at 14. But his home life was also very trouble life for him. Well, you see his parent separated when he was at a tender age of 10, and Prince who ended up with six other sibling and half siblings moved back and forth between the homes of his mother and father. Because this he
A young Prince at 20
had a very hard childhood and worked hard to get on his own. In 1978, when he turned 20years old. He debuted with the album 'For you'. It was a declaration, if nothing else, that he could do anything; He wrote and sang the material & served as his own one man band on his guitar, bass, drums, synthesizers, chimes and assorted other instruments. The album received mixed reviews, but his second album ---called 'Prince' --sold more than a million copies and launched his run of hit albums and singles over the next few years. Prince didn't become a star in his own right. Like everyone he had to pay his dues. He was a veritable music factory, whether with side projects, such as Vanity and Morris Day and The Time, or the songs he wrote for others Sinead O'Connor had a hit with Nothing Compares 2U,' while other covers included Cyndi Lauper 'When You Were Mine' The Bangles and Manic Monday...
About 200+ fans had gathered by Thursday afternoon outside Paisley Park, Prince home and music studio, where his gold records are on the walls and purple motorcycle he rode in "Purple Rain' is on display. The sprawling white, stone building is surrounded by a fence in Chanhassen a city about 20 miles southwest of Minneapolis. He always had this message and his closes friends would say this about him, 'HE WAS CALLED PRINCE ' A BEAUTIFUL PERSON WHOSE MESSAGE WAS THAT PEOPLE SHOULD LOVE ONE ANOTHER.'
