Good Afternoon my dears and Welcome to
WendyTales, my time personal time with
you all to either tell stories, my own experiences in life or
even helpful hints from my own garden.
So for today's Sunday Post I thought I would
tell you More about my Story story
~StoryAboutMe2~
So find that cozy chair and a warm cup of coffee or tea
and have a sit and I will give you a bit of a tale about me.
I  didn't always have health issues, there was
a time when I felt to be a very strong woman
and could do anything; well I still feel that way to a agree.
My confidence has flew out the window in the year 2005,
but i do have a strong love and peace for my
family, friends [AND YOU MY DEAR FRIENDS  & FOLLOWERS TOO] and
my Husband and Son. Since that year.
Also since I meet I wonderful lady over 10-years ago,
On many Ning.sites, we have been sisters ever since.
You all know her  as The Fairy Lady, I just know her as my
sister and dearest friend, Cynthia with love.
I found out at 44, yes I am aging myself but that is what
this post is all about anyways, that is when I found out that
the cancer got me. The best time of my life, I had been married about,
if i can remember 8-years and my husband and I were so happy with
our 4 year old son. Life was good for the three of us.
And when I was walking out of that mammogram office
so long ago, knowing that I would have to tell my beloved husband
that I had aggressive breast cancer with our 4 year old jumping around
so happy. It was so surreal, Like walking in a tunnel in a different reality.
When I got there he knew something was wrong.
Kai was being your typically 4 year old running around us like
there wasn't a care in the world. I was able for some very odd reason, to keep a
straight face while talking to my dear husband  and my baby boy bouncing around
my legs saying mommy' mommy'.
I was able to talk to Mark ,while our son was playing around us. I told him I
had aggressive beast cancer and needed to get to a doctor NOW!
It was just 2 weeks before Christmas too.
Kinda a hard time to get to doctor appointments with this type of thing.
How does one tell your parents and in-laws that you have cancer
2-weeks before Christmas after you just turned I think 44.
Well after I told Mark at the card store and we got our son home and
ready for dinner and bed, we had a long chat on what we were going to do
and when we would tell our parents about the bad news.
It was a rough December is all I could say my dears, however
we did make it special for all three of us for we really didn't know what
lied ahead of us in January when all the craziness started. My
parents came to stay with us for many months after we told them.
It was hard I must say that December of 2004 to try and have a happy
Christmas with my son and husband. To not think of the cancer continuing to grow
inside me until early January, when I had the start of many surgeries, medical tests, and going
to the hospital all the time .
Well, during that time I found out that as I was going through the process
of trying to beat the cancer. I was quite lucky that I had found it when I did. If I had let
it go any longer that I probably would not be blogging with you all.
You see I had miss my mammogram by 4-months, not thinking it was that big of a deal.
Well I learned the hard way and almost died.
That is why I ended up with stage 3 aggressive Breast Cancer. And from this story it has
been going since the present.
Having health problems and many other problems all these years
that I will continue another day

Good Morning my dear Friends & Followers and Welcome
to Saturday's TipsFromtheGarden!
I hope that you all have Enjoyed my post every Saturday
on Gardening Tips that I started a couple of months ago?
At least I know I have had fun bringing you these wonderful and
fun tip for the Garden and lots of these I have used myself!
For today's Saturdays Post I found a fun one for your Gardens,
This post is called the Underground radio to bring music
as plant therapy to your plants and flowers.
The story is about a family planting a garden on a
warm Saturday afternoon, kinda fitting since this is my Saturday
Garden Tips. Anyways the family was at their
grandparents farm and were going to help with
the spring planting of tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce which
the come and do every spring on the farm.
As they started to plant the veg's, their Grandfather
brought out his small portable radio, thinking it would
help with the heat of the day and help with the gardening to
go faster too. Also he loved his music too.
Besides he had heard that music helps plants grow faster. So
while they all were planting the garden at his farm they would
sing along to the radio music that their Grandfather brought
to the Garden. It made the much more fun for the family.
When the time was to water the plants they gave the hose
to their grandfather to water all the new plants that they had planted that day.
When all was done one of the daughter of the
decided it would be a interesting idea to plant the radio with
the plants so it would help them grow faster.
So while everyone was watching her grandfather water the
plants, she dug many small holes throughout the backyard of
the garden, before she realized she only needed only one to plant the radio.
So she filled up all the holes including the one containing the one
with the radio, which she made sure the volume was turned
up on high so all the plants could hear the music coming
thru the dirt. After she covered all the extra holes and the
hole that had the radio on high in it, she could hear the
music nice and loud. It was her Grandfather that noticed
that his radio was missing and asking if they had seen it?
Well we could here the music, however since I had made
so many holes and area's of place where I had buried the
radio they couldn't find it, we could only hear the music.
They couldn't  find it and the sound of the music got faint as the
night came on. Soon we couldn't hear it at all. But they Grandfather
was upset at first, however, then he began to laugh..
The next season their grandfather had the largest, tasty, tomatoes,
cumbers and heads of lettuces of all time on his farm.
From that point on they always passed it on with the family for generations,
adding a radio in the spring Vegetables as

another plant.
I hope that you all enjoyed the Saturday post
